Unifrost BC5UN Blast Chiller – 5 Tray Countertop, Plug-In, R290

The Unifrost BC5UN is a compact, plug-in blast chiller with powerful performance – ideal for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and prep kitchens. With capacity for 5 trays (GN 1/1 or 400 x 600), it offers rapid chilling and freezing to support HACCP compliance and preserve food quality.

This unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, and comes with a core food probe and touch-control interface with four chill/freeze programmes. It can chill 18kg from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, or freeze 14kg to -18°C in 240 minutes, all on a standard 13 Amp plug.

The stainless steel body, EBM fan motors, and reversible door make the BC5UN a durable and energy-efficient solution for countertop use in busy kitchens.
