What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is processed securely at the time of your order, and all transactions are protected with encrypted checkout technology.

How does delivery work?

We deliver nationwide across Ireland using trusted courier partners, including TPN and DPD. Most items are eligible for next-day delivery when you place your order before 3PM, Monday to Friday.

Standard delivery usually takes between one and three working days, depending on your location and the size of the item. Rural and remote areas may take slightly longer.

Larger items, such as commercial fridges or catering equipment, may require special handling or pallet delivery. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you directly to confirm arrangements.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over €220 qualify for free delivery. For smaller orders under €220, a flat €18 delivery charge applies. For heavy or bulky equipment, a manual shipping quote may be required. If that applies to your order, we will be in touch to confirm.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we offer a Click & Collect option from Knock, Co. Mayo. If you’d prefer to collect your order in person, please contact us before ordering to arrange a collection time that suits.

What is your returns policy?

If you need to return an item, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

A 25% restocking charge applies to unopened items. For items returned without packaging, a 50% restocking charge applies. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us by email or phone to begin the return process.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products come with a minimum one-year parts warranty. Please note this excludes items such as bulbs, door seals, tubes, baskets, shelves, pizza stones, electrical elements and glass.

Warranty is return-to-base, which means you are responsible for returning the item to us for service. Warranty coverage applies to the Republic of Ireland only. For best results, we recommend professional installation by a qualified engineer.
