Featuring a modern touchscreen control system with programmable chilling cycles, the BC14UE delivers exceptional performance, chilling food from +70°C to +3°C in just 90 minutes and shock freezing from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. With capacity for 14 GN 1/1 gastronorm trays or 14 bakery trays (400 × 600 mm), it is ideal for high-volume food preparation operations.
