The BC10UN Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer is a high-capacity commercial food preservation solution designed for professional kitchens, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, and catering operations. Engineered to rapidly reduce food temperatures while maintaining texture, flavour, and food safety standards, the BC10UN is ideal for busy kitchens preparing large volumes of food.
Capable of chilling food from +70°C to +3°C in just 90 minutes and shock freezing from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes, this HACCP-compliant unit helps reduce food waste, improve production efficiency, and extend product shelf life. Compatible with both GN 1/1 gastronorm trays and 600 × 400 bakery trays, it provides maximum flexibility for catering and bakery applications.
